Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Certain items (such as personal care, hygiene, or final sale products) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

How to Request a Return:

  • We may request photos of the product before approving a return.
  • Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
  • If approved, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Orders:

  • Sometimes shipping may take longer due to customs or courier delays.
  • If your order is still in transit, this does not qualify for a refund — but we will always assist in tracking it down.
